About the lab:

The lab is located at the Kent State University School of Library and Information Science in Kent Ohio. Dr. Catherine L. Smith runs the lab. All of the studies conducted by the lab are reviewed and approved by the Kent State University Institutional Review Board (IRB) for Human Subject Investigation. The IRB checks for compliance with international, national, and university policies and laws that govern research conducted with research volunteers.
